　 Ｉ'ｍ cleaning my room.
一．教材分析
本课来自人教（精通版）三年级起点五年级下册，是第五单元的第四课时。
学情分析
本节课的教学对象是五年级学生，他们有很强的求知欲。本课是在前几节课初步学习了一般现在进行时的知识的基础上，进一步学习现在进行时问答句的掌握，让学生在真实情景中自然使用语言，进行会话练习。
教学目标
1.知识目标
听说认读play the guitar, play the violin 和句型What's Li Yan doing She is singing a song.
听说读写tell a story ,sing a song 和句型What are you doing I'm telling a story.
2.能力目标
能够在相关话题背景以及生活情景中灵活运用这些功能语句进行会话练习。
教学重点：
通过感知，模仿，学习和体验，能用What are you doing I'm V-ing. What's he/ she doing He/She is V-ing.进行语言交流运用。
教学难点：
通过游戏的形式，让学生在自然的语言环境中进行目标语言交际，同时提高学习英语的兴趣。
学习策略培养
直观演示法，自主学习与合作学习结合法，自然拼读法，TPR教学法。
教学准备
卡片、玩具小提琴、吉他、故事书、话筒、多媒体课件
教学步骤
Step1. Warm-up
Greetings
T: Hello, boys and girls! Nice to meet you!
Ss: Hi! Miss Wang. Nice to meet you,too.
T: Are you happy today
Ss:Yes.
T: If you are happy ,clap your hands.
If you are happy, pat your shoulders.
If you are happy,show me your beautiful smile,OK
2. Wonderful! Let's sing a song together.学生边唱边做
3.训练含ing单词king wing ring sing读音，进一步强化教学难点。
用PPT复习make a call, write an email, wash the clothes, cleaning the room. 引导学生用这几个词编一段chant:
Make a call , make a call, Lily is making a call.
Write an email, write an email, dad is writing an email.
Wash the clothes, wash the clothes, mom is washing the clothes.
Clean the room, clean the room, I'm cleaning the room.
【设计意图】采用师生互相问候，TPR教学法热身更容易吸引学生的注意力，增强他们的学习兴趣，通过chant复习旧知导入新课。
Step2. New lessons
1）T: Listen to the video. What are you doing
Ss: sing a song.
T:Yes, you are singing a song.(导入新词学习，用卡片范读后请学生读，再听音sing, sing ,sing a song,然后让学生仿读)
四线格板书 sing a song, 领读后让学生观察书写
Group1 sing Group2 ing Group3 singing Group4 singing a song(分组朗读降低难度)让更多的学生朗读训练（用道具话筒）I'm singing a song.
情景教学tell a story
T: Look at the picture. What's this
Ss: storybook.
T: Yes. It's a storybook about three little pigs. Now read after me.
T: Listen! What's Xie Shuran doing
She's telling a story.(出示卡片教学单词)
tell a story （检查掌握朗读和拼读情况）

3.实物教学violin
生闭上眼睛听本班学生李东晋拉小提琴，导入violin教学。
T:Now open your eyes. What's this？
Ss：It's a violin.
T: Yes, it's a violin, violin . What's he doing 引导学生回答He's playing the violin. 教学 play the violin ，I'm playing the violin.让学生模仿老师边说边做，做得好的学生给予奖励。导入PPT引入play中ay的自然拼读法教学，教师说学生拼day、pay、may、way、say、 拼完教师板书，引导学生观察play the violin的书写，检查学生掌握情况。
4.同法教学play the guitar
Step3 Practice
快速读教师准备的单词卡。
教师读学生出示单词卡。
教师表演，学生说英语。
给学生一个单词卡，让他表演，其他学生说英语。
展示动态PPT，教学What's he/she doing
Group Work
四人小组每人表演一个动作，每个组指定一个同学代表描述。
【设计意图】这部分通过各种方法，让学生巩固所学内容，通过小组活动创造更多的机会让学生锻炼口语表达、交流、表演等技巧，使学生能够更深入地理解和掌握所学知识，达到学以致用的效果，使学生对英语学习更加感兴趣，知识的获得也会在开心和愉悦中进行。
Step4.u字母在重读闭音节单词中发音的教学。
学生听chant找出其中u字母的共同发音。
通过下列单词巩固，教师读学生拼
sun fun bus cup cut but duck much
under shut truck drum
【设计意图】通过chant让学生感悟u字母在重读闭音节单词中发音，然后通过单词巩固，教师读学生拼。从最简单的单词训练学生的自然拼读能力，循序渐进让学生掌握了单词中字母和字母组合发音，了解英语拼写和读音之间的关系，为今后的英语学习奠定坚实的基础。
Step 5课堂小结
T:同学们，今天这节课你有什么收获？用你喜欢的方式夸夸自己，今天大家表现都很棒，老师送给大家一首歌，Let's sing the song together.
【设计意图】关注学生的情感发展，课程在歌声中结束，强化学生学习的兴趣，提高学生的学习效果，达到“课虽尽而意无穷”的效果。
