Haley Moore was walking with her one-year-old dog Clover in their neighborhood when she suddenly had a seizure(癫痈). Moore said,“All I remember is waking up in the hospital, confused and wondering what was going on.”
What happened next was surprising and was caught on a security camera. The video shows Haley falling on the roadside. Clover jumping into action at once. She first checked on Haley, then ran into the road, blocked(阻挡) a truck. and made the driver stop and get out.
"It was really amazing. The dog actually blocked my way. She backed into the road to block my truck,"said the driver, Dryden Oatway. Oatway quickly got out of his truck to help Haley under Clover's watchful eye. Clover then went to find the rest of Haley's family to tell them of the situation. When Haley's parents arrived, she was being treated by medical workers.
Haley is doing okay at home, though her family isn't sure what caused the sudden seizure. But Haley says she's happy with the fact that she'll have Clover there to protect her if it ever happens again.

Many people think play is a waste of time, but it's not. It's important to play and relax in your free time. James Wallman, the writer of Time and How Spend It, says leisure won't improve your life if you don't use it well. He says some experiences are "junk" and some are like "superfoods". "Superfood" activities help you live in the moment and get a higher LQ(玩商).
LQ is an index(指数) for one's ability o relax and play. According to China Daily, a high LQ means a person can control life well and keep a balanced lifestyle, which makes them healthier and happier.
Research shows people with high LQ are happier and less likely to have mental problems. A famous scientist also says those good at playing are more likely to succeed.
Instead of doing passive activities like watching short videos, people with high LQ scores choose active activities that suit their interests, giving them continuous positive reflections. For Li Donglin, an 18-year-old senior school student, this past summer was all about cultural relic sites(文物遗址). He joined a cultural relies census(审查) team to have a deep understanding of the sites.
Li's love for cultural relics began at an early age. He liked collecting and has over 100 cultural artifacts (文物)now. He also restored (修复) more than 200 artifacts and got better at it.
