Hi, I am Eric. We know Paris is a very beautiful city but I will not call it the most romantic (浪漫的) city at
all. That’s because I just started my trip in Paris. It was difficult to find a hotel! That was quite funny. Some
policemen helped us and then we found one! The hotel was on the sixth floor and it was tiring to climb up the
stairs! The room was very simple but it had a big bathroom.

It was a dark and stormy night. It was New Year’s Eve. We were having our party and had a house full of
people just starting to celebrate (庆祝).
Suddenly, we heard loud explosions (爆炸声) from the hills. Looking outside, we saw sparks (火花) flying

Every boy wants to find treasure. And Tom is no different.
One Saturday afternoon Tom and his friend Huck go to look for treasure at a haunted (闹鬼的) house. They
