I spent all my time in front of my 24 either doing homework or reading books. To make matters worse, my parents often cooked me meat—heavy meals. They hoped I would become 25 and healthy. But instead of hearing “Wow!”, all I heard was the groaning* of chairs and beds.
After breaking that poor-bed, I knew I had to change. I didn’t have 26 for the gym because of my study, so I made small changes in my daily life. Sometimes, I cycled five kilometers home after school. Other times, I got off the bus early and walked the rest of the way. On weekends, I cleaned my room and 27 housework with my parents. Gradually, I also ate more 28 . Guess what I’m now 21 kilograms lighter than before! My energy has also improved a lot, and I don’t have to 29 breaking chairs or beds any more!
So, are you ready to make some lifestyle 30 . Let’s start together—no more waiting until you break a bed! Start small-walk a little more, eat a little better, and celebrate every little progress.
