We always think we’ve rested as long as we’ve had enough sleep. But in our real life, rest is much more than
our nightly hours of closing eyes. Here are some other kinds of rest that we badly need.
The first kind of rest is physical rest. It can be passive or active. Passive physical rest means sleeping, while
