The genie was angry but agreed. The fisherman said, “How can you live in a small bottle ” The genie said, “ I can make myself small.” The fisherman said, “Can you show me again before I die ” The genie became small and jumped in. Narrator: A fisherman saw something surprising in his net.
Fisherman: What's this shiny thing Oh, it's a bottle! I wonder what's inside.
Narrator: The fisherman opened the bottle. A great cloud of smoke came
out, and it became a genie...

第一幕(Scene One)
What happens in the scenes :渔夫在海边撒网捕鱼,最后一次收网时捞到一个瓶子,他好奇瓶子里有什么,打开后冒出浓烟,烟雾变成了一个精灵。
Where do they take place :在海边(At the seashore.)
How many characters are there in each scene :两个角色,渔夫(Fisherman)和旁白(Narrator)。
Who will be the narrator and who will play each character :可以让一名同学担任旁白,声音洪亮、清晰地讲述故事发展;另一名同学扮演渔夫,用略带疑惑和好奇的语气说出台词,表现出渔夫的朴实和对未知事物的好奇。

What happens in the scenes :精灵出现后,威胁要吃掉渔夫,渔夫害怕但试图与精灵沟通,想办法自救。

How many characters are there in each scene :两个角色,渔夫(Fisherman)和精灵(Genie),旁白(Narrator)继续讲述。
Who will be the narrator and who will play each character :旁白不变;找一名同学扮演精灵,用凶狠、霸道的语气说话,突出精灵的凶恶;渔夫还是之前的同学,此时语气中要带有恐惧,但又强装镇定。

Narrator:The fisherman opened the bottle. A great cloud of smoke came out, and it became a genie...(平稳叙述)
Genie:I'm hungry! I will eat you now!(凶狠、大声地说)

第三幕(Scene Three)
What happens in the scenes :渔夫灵机一动,让精灵先回答一个问题,即它这么大的身体是如何装进小瓶子的,精灵为了证明自己,钻进瓶子,渔夫趁机将瓶子盖紧并扔回大海。

How many characters are there in each scene :渔夫(Fisherman)、渔夫的妻子(Fisherman's Wife)、渔夫的孩子(Children),旁白(Narrator)。
Who will be the narrator and who will play each character :旁白不变;找一名同学扮演渔夫的妻子,用关心、惊讶的语气说话;再找几名同学扮演孩子,用好奇、天真的语气说话;渔夫还是之前的同学,此时语气轻松、愉快。
