M: Good evening, everyone! We’re honored to have Lily Brown with us. Mrs.
Brown is a well-known expert on healthy diet. Tonight, we invite her to share her unique viewpoints about cooking and eating. Now, let’s warmly welcome Mrs. Brown!
W: Good evening! Thank you for inviting me to this show, Mike.
M: Thank you for coming to our studio. Could you please start by telling me something about the cooking you prefer
W: My favorite kind is my mum’s cooking. I’m just kidding. I’m used to and prefer French cooking.
I love food cooked in a healthy way and try to hold onto my eating schedules.
M: We all live a fast and busy life. Do you always manage to eat your meals on a schedule
W: No. The problem is that I don’t always have opportunities to eat at a certain time due to the fast
lifestyle. I prefer eating several times a day, at least three or four times but not much each time.
M: When you eat at home, do you do your own cooking W: Whenever I get the chance I cook for myself.
M: Are you a traditionalist or do you like experimenting with new tastes
W: I love traditional dishes. But when I do the cooking, I’d like to add new tastes to the known meals.
M: That’s good to hear. So well, one more question in the end, name me your favorite meal.
W: My favorite meal is chicken in all variations, combined with Chinese noodles and some vegetables for example.
