教材内容分析
本课是一节阅读课，英语阅读作为语言技能的重要组成部分，是语言输入的主要环节之一，在英语教学中占有重要地位。本节课旨在基于阅读教学培养学生的综合语言运用能力，帮助学生形成开放、包容的品格，发展其文化交流的意识与能力，促进其思维发展。本课时九年级 Unit2Section A 部分的 3a 课文，学生对于以前的学习内容已经基本上掌握了故事的叙事方式，Section A 部分的 3a课文是教材改版后新增加的内容，从形式上看是阅读，实质上是对本单元基础目标语言的集中输入，同时强调让学生体会目标语言的表意功能:从内容上偏向故事性，而且在让学生体会目标语言的基础上渗透了丰富的文化内容和品德教育，体现了文化的多元性。
学情分析
学生通过本单元第一课时的学习，对祖国传统节日信息有一定的知识储备，同时通过八年级阅读能力的培养，阅读能力和阅读技巧都有一定的提高。对于阅读提取信息有一个整体思路。
核心素养教学目标
1.Master the key words, phrases and understand the article. Be able to put the events in the correct order.
2.Learn more about Chinese traditional festival——The Mid-Autumn Festival.
3.Learn how to introduce traditional festivals and learn the way to express feelings.
教学重点难点
1.重点：完成相关的阅读任务，学习使用宾语从句、感叹句两种语言结构。
2.难点：能够联系实际，运用这两种语言结构描述对传统节日的观点和看法。

Step1 Lead-in Ask questions T：Let’s enjoy a beautiful poem. Do you know what Festival is it about Ss：Yes，the Mid－Autumn Festival.. T：So what comes to your mind, when we talk about the festival S ： It's on August 15th in the Chinese lunar calendar. mooncakes ,chang’e, admire the moon, eat mooncakes T：we also know some stories, such as: Wu Gang Chopping Laurel Tree. Chang’ e Flying to the Moon. Jade Rabbit Pounding Medicine. But do you know why people celebrate the festival Today we will learn a traditional folk story about the Mid－Autumn Festival 思考问题，回答问题 由中国的传统节日 ——中秋节为话题 引起学生的学习兴 趣，为本节课的学习
Step2 Fast reading Ask students to predict what they will read in this passage with the help of the title and the picture. Make sure not to read the words in the passage. Show some questions to let the students to answer. Activity 1: Match the main idea with each paragraph. Para 1 The ways to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. para 2 The touching story of Chang'e Para 3 An introduction about the Mid- Autumn Festival. T:You have two minutes to read the text and find the key sentences. The key sentences are always from the title, the first sentence of the text, or the first sentence of each paragraph. Ss: answer the question T：Have you heard of the story“Chang'e flying to the moon”？Today we are going to read the story about it 根据图片和标题提前预测课 本内容，并跟随老师设置的 活动，逐步完成阅读任务。 快速阅读，抓住 关键词，得出大 意。 逐步养成良好的阅读习惯，并提升其 独立思考和分析、解决问题的能力。
