The topic of this unit is "Home Sweet Home". 二、呈现新内容(Presentation) T: Now, let's focus on 1a. Here are some pictures showing different housework activities. Look at the first one. It shows someone packing up things. Repeat after me, "pack up things". (Demonstrate the action of packing up things while saying the phrase) Ss: Pack up things. T: Very good. Now, what about this picture (Point to the picture of sweeping the floor) Ss: Sweep the floor. T: Exactly. And this one (Show the picture of cleaning the bathroom) Ss: Clean the bathroom. T: Right. Next is feeding the fish. (Show the picture and say the phrase, then ask students to repeat) Ss: Feed the fish. T: Good. And this is hanging up photos. (Repeat the process) Ss: Hang up photos. T: Finally, watering plants. Ss: Water plants. T: Well done! Now, look at 1a again. Do you do these things at home Raise your hands if you do. Let's start with packing up things. (Go through each chore and ask students to raise hands) 三、听力练习 1b(Listening - 1b) T: Now, let's do some listening exercises. First, listen to the first conversation. Jim is talking with his dad. A: Can/Could you please water the plants B: Sure./Sorry, I have to clean the bathroom now. Now, find a partner and make your own conversations. You can start with the chores we learned just now.
