资源简介 Section A Grammar Focus(3a-3c)一、教学目标1.能够掌握“Could you (please)… ”的句型结构提出委婉请求及其肯定和否定回答。2.能够正确运用“Could/Can I… ”来征询许可及其肯定和否定回答。3.在小组中,能够利用所学知识请求帮助并做口头报告。二、核心语言知识1.核心词汇:单词:until;movie;dead;note;community;rubbish短语:be careful with;the movies;take notes;clean up2.核心句式:(1)—Could you please sweep the floor —Yes,Dad.I'll do it at once.(2)—Could I hang out with my friends after lunch —Sorry,Jim,but you have to pack up your things first.(3)—Can I put some flowers on the table —Yes,good idea!3.教学重难点:(1)能灵活运用情态动词could礼貌地提出请求。(2)能够恰当使用情态动词could向他人征询许可。(3)能灵活运用目标语言针对目标话题进行对话。在已学会的词汇和短语的基础上进行语言输出,完成语法练习。三、教学过程学习活动 效果评价◆Step 1 Lead-in 1.To show a mess room by using a picture for students to look and list some housework that will be needed. 2.Lead students to say some sentences for asking for some help or making polite requests.Write down and read for several times. 教师观察学生根据图片回答问题的情况,复习重点短语和句子。设计意图:通过这种方式激发学生的兴趣和参与度,以此引出重点句型和重点短语。学习如何用英语礼貌地提出请求,导入新课。◆Step 2 Presentation Work on 3a 1.Lead students to read the sentences in Grammar Focus and try to get the meanings. 2.To divide them into two groups:Ask for permission & make polite requests. 3.Explain “could” is used to politely request someone and request permission from someone to do something.And lead students to make sentences. 教师观察学生是否能准确理解语法焦点中的句子含义,以及在造句时能否恰当运用“could”进行礼貌请求与征求许可。指导学生进行语法知识的梳理。设计意图:通过阅读句子及讲解运用“could”的用法,帮助学生理解并掌握用“could”进行礼貌请求和征求许可的语法知识,提升学生语言运用能力。◆Step 3 Practice Work on 3b 1.Ask Ss to choose the best question to complete the dialogue in 3b. 2.Read the dialogue in 3b in roles. 3.Work on 3c (1)Pair work The teacher asks students to make up conversations for each setting,using can or could.Then pair work.
