Robust Health Corporation(RHC)'s Internship Program offers a wide range of opportunities for graduates and postgraduate students to gain insight into the technical and administrative programs of RHC while enriching their knowledge and experience in the health field.
Who are we looking for
You are at least twenty years of age on the date of application.
You have completed three years of full-time studies at a university or an equivalent(等同的) institution. Applicants who have already graduated may also qualify for consideration if they apply for the internship within six months after completion of their formal qualification.
You possess a first degree in a public health, medical or social field related to the technical work of RHC or a degree in a management-related field.
You are not related to a RHC staff member (e.g. son/daughter, brother/sister, or mother/father).
You are fluent in at least one of the working languages of the office of assignment (English/French).
You have not previously participated in RHC's Internship Program.
How to apply
All applications should be made for the vacancies posted on the RHC Careers site using the RHC corporate recruitment system (Yapro). Don't miss the application deadlines!
September 1-October 15, 2021 for an internship starting January 1-June 30, 2022
January 10-February 25, 2022 for an internship starting July 1-December 31, 2022
By December 1, RHC will have informed all selected candidates applying in September and October. If you have not received any message from RHC by December 1, 2021, it means that you have not been selected. For candidates applying in January and February 2022, no information by April 15, 2022 means that you have not been selected. You may apply again if you are still interested.

Where is the future going
Our work habits have changed a lot over the past thirty years. While our parents may have expected to stay in one job for their whole lives, we are faced with the possibility of changing jobs and even careers several times. Our understanding of education, work and society is different from that of earlier generations. 　1　 Many of today's jobs will either disappear or change in the next ten years or so.
People in the future will still need food, of course, but the way we produce food will not be the same. 　2　 The good news for small farmers is that there will also be opportunities for new kinds of farming, for example farms that grow organic food and environmentally friendly food.
What about people who work with computers Well, things will change for them, too. More advanced computer programs and new technologies will remove the need for computer operators who perform simple actions. Modern search engines can do many of the things that yesterday's computer operators did. Word processing and simple information handling can be done automatically. 　3　
A rapidly changing job market also creates new challenges for students, teachers and parents.　4　 And it is becoming more difficult for parents to understand the kind of world their children are entering. Schools and teachers are also facing difficulties as they try to adjust the new needs of their students, and the students themselves have to try to deal with all the changes and many questions.
　5　 There are no easy answers, but we can try to turn challenges into opportunities. As the job market changes, new areas of growth appear.
