1)人称代词(主格/宾格)的用法:
人称代词主格在句子中做主语成分,放在动词前面,如:

人称代词宾格在句子中做宾语或表语成分,放在动词或介词后面,如:
Can you help me 你能帮帮我吗?
2)物主代词(形容词性物主代词)的用法:
形容词性物主代词用来修饰名词,放在名词前面,相当于形容词,不能单独使用,如:
My grandpa goes fishing every weekend. 我爷爷每周末都会去钓鱼。
This is his watch. 这是他的手表。
总之:主格做主语,宾格做宾语,形容词性物主代词+名词。
