Zhou Dong is a hero in his hometown village. He was an engineer in a big company. But last year, he gave up his job and returned home to help the villagers grow and sell oranges.
Many villagers in his hometown grew oranges. The oranges were tasty but didn’t sell well. Zhou felt so sorry for them. Last year, he finally made up his mind to help them. Among the many amazing animals in the world, few are as strange and unusual as the octopus (章鱼). There are around 300 different kinds of octopuses, and they come in all sizes! The smallest is only around 2.5 centimeters long, but some octopuses can grow up to more than five meters long. There was even an octopus over nine meters long!
The octopus’s body is very interesting. All octopuses have eight arms. Their brain is not just in their head, but also in their arms. Keeping healthy is important for us students. I have some good habits to share.
