What message does the picture want to show
The picture shows a woman thinking between "Yes" and "No". It conveys the message about the process of making a difficult choice or decision when in face of two opposite options.
"To be, or not to be: that is the question." This is a famous line from Shakespeare's play Hamlet. People often use this sentence to describe difficult decisions.
