Norman Bethune was born in Canada in 1890. He was a famous doctor and a nice man.
In 1916, Norman Bethune graduated from the University of Toronto. With a lot of hard work,
he found new ways to help people with T.B.—a
disease that damages the lungs. He also invented
tools that remain in use today.
