Hi! My favourite dish is Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes (西红柿炒鸡蛋). It has a harmonious blend of flavors and is extremely easy to make.
Here's how to make it. First, wash two tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Then, break three eggs into a bowl and stir them well, adding a little salt.
Next, heat some oil in a pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and fry until they set and are lightly browned. Take the eggs out.
After that, put the tomato pieces into the same pan. Cook and stir them until they become soft.
Finally, add the fried eggs back to the pan. Mix them well and cook for another minute. Season with a bit of sugar and salt if needed.
It's simple but really delicious!
