A teacher from the UK left her job to make sweaters for penguins in Antarctica, and her story has become popular online. She's protecting penguins from oil spills(漏油).
Many years ago, near Phillip Island in Australia, a big oil spill happened. After that, the number of baby penguins became much smaller. The oil made the penguins get sick or die. To help them, the Penguin Foundation and Phillip Island Nature Parks called on people to make sweaters for the penguins. These sweaters keep the penguins warm and stop them from eating the oil. In 2001, another big oil spill affected 438 little penguins, but most of them were saved because of these sweaters.
The penguin sweater program has been going on for over 20 years. People from all over the world have sent more than 200,000 sweaters for the penguins! Some people worry that the sweaters might make the penguins too hot. But the Penguin Foundation says the sweaters are only put on the penguins for a short time, to stop them from cleaning their bodies with their beaks(鸟喙).
The sweaters for the penguins must be made of wool and follow certain rules. If sweaters don't meet these rules, they will be made into toy penguins. Money from selling these toy penguins will be used to help the wildlife on Phillip Island.

A. All the sweaters sent by people are put on real penguins.
B. The teacher from the UK started the penguin sweater program.
C. The penguin sweater program is meaningful and has got great support.
D. The money from selling toy penguins is only used for saving wild penguins.

The technology can also be used to watch the ocean. 8 the ocean gets warmer, some sea animals will die. 9 using e-DNA, scientists can see these changes and try to stop them. This project in Australia is a big help for 10 (protect) nature around the world.
