In this lesson, students will be able to:
Understand the key elements of a physical work program, such as purpose, theme, time, and details, and master the relevant English expressions like “labour skills” “cleaning products” through reading.
Improve their collaborative ability by working in groups to develop a work-education program for their class, and enhance their oral communication skills through partner discussions about work-education programs.
Cultivate students’ love for physical work and awareness of the importance of labour in Chinese tradition, and promote students’ sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

1. We highly value labour.
“highly” 是副词，意为 “高度地；非常” ，修饰动词 “value（重视；珍视）” ，强调重视的程度。
Point
