Summary
名词：名词是表示人或事物名称的词。它既可以表示具体的东西，也可以表示抽象的东西。
名词的数：根据名词能否衡量其数量，名词又可以划分为可数名词（例：apple）和不可数名词（例：imagination）。可数名词又可以划分为单数可数名词和复数可数名词。
用法：a/an是不定冠词，只用在单数可数名词前，表示“一”。
注意：a用在以辅音音素开头的单数可数名词前，eg. a pen；
an用在以元音音素开头的单数可数名词前，eg. an apple
区分：元音字母和元音音素有所不同，以元音字母开头的单词不一定以元音音素开头，只有以元音音素开头的单数可数名词才可以用不定冠词an来修饰。
