Structure
Cooking is a good way to share love with others. One of my favorite dishes is Zongzi. I love zongzi not only because it tastes sweet and delicious, but also because it reminds me of the Dragon Boat Festival. It’s a dish full of love and tradition. Today, I’ll tell you how to make it.
To make zongzi, we need to have sticky rice, beans(豆子), dates（枣）,bamboo leaves(粽叶)， some strings（绳子） and a pot. First, wash the sticky rice and keep it in the water for hours. Then, fold the leaves into a cone shape(锥形)carefully. Next, fill the cone with rice, beans and dates. After that, tie the zongzi tightly with strings. Finally, boil zongzi in a pot for about 2 hours. When it is ready, we can enjoy the delicious food.
What a wonderful dish it is! I believe you will fall in love with it if you try it. And don't forget to share your experience with me.
