There be 句型表示 “某地有某物” ,be 动词的形式根据后面名词的单复数来确定。如果名词是单数或不可数名词,be 动词用 is;如果名词是复数,be 动词用 are 。

“What’s the weather like +地点状语?”用于询问某地的天气情况。
缩写形式:What is = What’s,口语中必须缩写,更自然;
书面语可写完整形式,但缩写仍常用。
固定搭配:What’s...like 是询问 “某物 / 某事 / 某地是什么样子” 的固定句型,询问天气时必须加 like,不能省略
(误:What’s the weather Beijing )。
地点状语:明确 “询问哪个地方的天气”,是句子的关键补充,位置固定在句末。

whose用于询问物品所属关系,后接名词;which用于在多个事物中进行选择提问。
名词性物主代词(如 mine、yours、his、hers、theirs 等)相当于“形容词性物主代词+名词” ,用于避免重复提及前面已出现的名词。使用时后面不再接名词。例如:
This is my book. That one is yours.
(这是我的书。那本是你的。)
