表示事先经过考虑、安排、打算要做的事情。

否定句：主语 + be + not + going to + 动词原形 + 其他.
I am not going to learn basketball.

表示未来的事情或表达对将来的预测等。
He will write a book one day.
他们将不再使用纸质书。
肯定句:主语 + will + 动词原形 + 其他.
否定句:主语 + will not/won't + 动词原形 + 其他.
They will not/won't use paper books.
将来有一天，他会写本书。
