1.I think taking a genuine interest in what the other person wants to say makes you a good listener. We don't listen properly if we are just waiting for the other person to finish so that we can say what we want to say.
2.I think the tips are reasonable because they encourage people to be mindful when having a conversation.
3.Another good tip I would add is to always ask open-ended questions, because they encourage better responses. For example, instead of asking,"Did you have a good day " we can ask "What was the best part of your day "
