It had been about five hours since Jess, my partner, left to ask for help. It was snowing

Protect Yourself
A bit of sunshine is good for us and makes us happy. However, people who lie in
the sun for a long time may put themselves in danger. Her e are some tips to stay safe
in the sun.
Wear a hat
Your head and face can get sunburned (晒 伤 ) easily. Always wear a hat to
protect them when you’re outside.Find shade

Wear a long-sleeve shirt to keep cool and protect your skin from getting
