早睡早起
Sleeping early helps us wake up early. When we sleep early, our bodies get enough rest. Waking up early gives us more time to do things. We can eat a healthy breakfast and get ready for the day. When I wake up early, I feel happier and have more energy. It is important to have a good sleep routine. Sleep helps us grow and learn better. So, remember to go to bed early and wake up early every day!
