Zhang Jian is a fireman. He lives in a room with seven other firemen. There are 39 firemen in their team.

Bingjie was a really special rescue dog. It was born in February 2007 and left us at the age of 14. Ouyang Honghong, a fireman, first met Bingjie in 2007 and then began to train it.
Bingjie took part in a lot of important rescues and saved many lives. The most amazing rescue took place after the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. Just on the second day of the rescue, Bingjie used its good sense of smell to find the first survivor (幸存者). And then, it worked hard and helped to find 13 people. That was really amazing!
