One of my family rules is that I must sleep for about 30 minutes every day after lunch.My
parents believe it helps me rest so that I can study better in the afternoon.But I disagree with
this rule.
For one thing,I don't think it's right to lie in bed when I'm not sleepy.Lying down just
makes me feel bored.For another,I think there are other ways to relax,like reading a book or
listening to music.These activities can also help me feel relaxed.
To improve this situation,I hope I can be allowed to choose how I rest every day after
lunch.In this way,I can manage my time better and get real rest.
