B(School life)

C(The seasons)
Do you like the Spring Festival Here, I would like to share my trip to Handan during the Spring Festival with you all. Susan is my Chinese friend. She is quite beautiful with big eyes and brown hair. This year, I go to China to celebrate(庆祝) the festival with her family. It must be a nice tour with a lot of interesting things to do. So I take a plane from Los Angeles to Shanghai and then take another plane to Handan. I plan to stay in Handan for a week.

Hundreds of years ago, life was harder than it is today. People didn’t have modern（现代的）machines. There was no modern medicine（药）, either.
Life today has brought new problems. One of the biggest problems is pollution. Water pollution has made our rivers and lakes dirty. It kills our fish and pollutes our drinking water. Noise pollution makes us talk louder and become angry more easily. Air pollution is the most serious kind of pollution to all living things in the world. Cars, planes and factories all pollute our air every day.

F(Travelling around Asia)
Hainan is in the south of China. It’s a beautiful island. The map of Hainan looks like a pear. Every year many people come to visit it. There are lots of things to see and do.
Provincial capital In Haikou, the provincial capital of Hainan, you can find many special houses. They are about 100 years old. The ground floor of the houses is set back into the building, so it can stay out of both rain and sunlight.
