通用扣分规则
1. 语法错误：每处严重错误（时态、主谓一致错误）扣 1分，小错误（介词、冠词错误）
每 2处扣 1分，累计扣分不超过 3分；
2. 拼写错误：每 2处扣 1分，累计扣分不超过 2分；
3. 字数不足：写作一每少 5词扣 1分，写作二每少 10词扣 1分，扣完为止；
4. 偏离主题：完全偏离主题得 0分，部分偏离扣 3-5 分。
