Mangroves are important for our earth. They can take in plenty of carbon (碳) and make the air fresh. But around the world, the cities are growing and they bring us pollution (污染), so many mangrove forests are lost.
In Shenzhen, the city is working hard to help mangroves. The city is small and busy, but it keeps 1% of the main city part for mangroves.
