1. riding a bike 骑自行车
ride /ra d/ ① [及物动词] 骑
后面可接 bike、horse、motorbike 等名词，其动词 -ing 形式为 riding。
He rides a bike to school. ＝ He goes to school by bike.
他骑自行车去上学。

指乘车的旅行、旅程，也指骑车旅行、骑马旅行等。
It is a ten-minute bus ride from here to town.
从这里到镇上乘公共汽车要花十分钟。
[拓展] ride 作名词的常见短语：

2. How many of his friends are free to do the activity
free [形容词] ① 有空的；空闲的。反义词 busy 意为“忙碌的”。
常见短语：be free＝have time 有空；闲着

be free to do sth. 自由地做某事

3. What are you doing at the moment
moment / m m nt/ [名词] 某个时刻；片刻；瞬间
指很短的一点时间或一段时间。常见短语 at the / this moment 意为“现在；此刻”，常与现在进行时连用。
He is playing football at the moment.
他现在正在踢足球
