First of all, keep a balanced (均衡的) diet. Next, stay away from junk food. What’s more, have regular meals.

Jenny’s. Thanks to my mum, I can have a very healthy and rich meals every day. However, the difference between us is that we eat different kinds of meat and dairy products.
5. How do you understand the title “Cold Truths”
“Could Truths” means “冰冷的事实” in Chinese. From the passage, we know that people’s cold food in the fridges can reflect their bad eating
habits and lifestyles,
which may be harmful
to their health. So the
author hopes that
everyone of us can have
good eating habits and lifestyles.
