一、审题定调
倡议书一般由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款五部分组成。正文一般包括：写倡议书的背景和目的，倡议的具体内容。结尾一般表明: 倡议者的决心和希望，或提出某种建议。
倡议书的时态: 以一般现在时为主，人称以第一或第二人称为主。
二、谋篇布局
根据提示，正文可以分为以下三部分：

Dear fellow students,
Our school is aiming to build an energy-saving campus. Here are some easy ways that we can play a part in conserving energy.
First, turn the lights and electronic learning devices off when they are not in use to ensure energy is not wasted. Besides, plastic bottles take a large amount of energy to produce. Therefore, reusable bottles for drinking are encouraged to replace plastic ones to save energy.
What's more, producing and disposing of paper has many environmental impacts. So, it is wise to use less paper and make sure pieces of paper have been used on both sides to get the most out of them.
